Board of Education President Dawn Mullins will introduce the selected candidate, who will then have the opportunity to speak. Refreshments will be served during a reception where the public, staff and families are invited to greet and welcome the new superintendent. The event will be livestreamed on the Fox C-6 YouTube channel and the Board encourages families and students to attend together.

“We are incredibly proud to have a large number of high quality candidates,” Board of Education President Dawn Mullins stated. “I want to thank our community for participating in the search process and helping us determine priorities during this search. It was clear to me from the beginning that we share our community’s commitment to moving this district forward and in continuing to make decisions that are in the best interest of students.”

The incoming superintendent will work closely with Dr. Jim Wipke prior to officially taking on the superintendent role on July 1, 2019. “I am grateful to the Board of Education and the community for their time and energy throughout this process,” Dr. Wipke said. “I have a great deal of hope for this community and the future of the Fox C-6 School District.”
