Dr. Jim Wipke


Dr. Wipke became the superintendent for Fox C-6 Schools on June 1st, 2015. During his 22 years in education, Dr. Wipke has served as an elementary and middle school teacher in the Rockwood School District, a middle school assistant principal in the Parkway School District, a middle and high school principal and Executive Director of Secondary Education in the Rockwood School District.

Dr. Wipke received his BS degree from Harris-Stowe State College.  He has a MA degree in Education, and a MA degree in Administration.  His doctorate degree from Maryville University is in Educational Leadership.


Dr. Kelly Bracht
Assistant Superintendent
Human Resources

Dr. Bracht has the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, which demonstrates her mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR practices and U.S. laws and regulations. Dr. Bracht has been an educator since 2001, working for the Hazelwood and Ferguson-Florissant school districts as a teacher and administrator.


Mr. Randy Gilman
Assistant Superintendent
Elementary Education

Mr. Gilman began his educational career in 1995 as a 5th grade teacher at Fox Elementary before becoming an assistant principal at Lone Dell, Clyde-Hamrick, and Antonia Elementary Schools. In 2004, Mr. Gilman was appointed Principal of Meramec Heights Elementary, where he has received numerous awards and recognitions for his work with teachers and students. Mr. Gilman has a specialist degree in educational Administration from Southwest Baptist University and is currently nearing completion on an Educational Doctoral Program at Missouri Baptist University.

Dr. Nisha Patel

Dr. Nisha Patel
Assistant Superintendent
Secondary Education

Dr. Nisha Patel joined the Fox C-6 School District in 2016. She earned her Education Doctorate in Administrative Leadership from Maryville University in 2012. 

Dr. Patel has been an educator since 1999, beginning her career as a high school science teacher before becoming an assistant principal and then building principal in the Rockwood School District. Her tenure at Crestview Middle School saw the school named as a Lighthouse School by the "Leader in Me" program. Fewer than 200 such schools have been honored throughout the entire globe. 


Mr. Declan FitzPatrick
Executive Director of Curriculum
and Instruction

Mr. FitzPatrick earned his Master of Arts in Teaching English from the University of Chicago in 1994 after completing undergraduate studies in English Literature and Performing Arts at Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. FitzPatrick has been an educator since 1994 and has held numerous leadership positions in Professional Development and reading. In 2006, he became the Reading Specialist for the School District of Clayton. In 2008, he became Curriculum Coordinator for the School District of University City before joining the Fox C-6 family in 2015.


Mr. John Brazeal
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Brazeal was hired as Chief Financial Officer of Fox C-6 Schools in July of 2014. Previously, Mr. Brazeal worked in a similar capacity for the Affton School District and has held numerous leadership positions, including City Administrator for the City of Arnold.
