{February 28, 2017} ARNOLD, MO – The Fox C-6 School District’s English Language Learners (ELL) Program, in partnership with Jefferson College, is offering FREE English classes to members of the community with an interest in learning English.

The classes are targeted at parents and grandparents of Fox C-6 Students who would like to acquire basic and academic English. “In learning English, family members can take more of an active role in their child’s education and help students find greater success in school,” said Laura Flannery, an ELL teacher at Fox C-6.

All levels of English speakers are welcome. Those taking part in classes will be placed based on their levels of English language proficiency.

Classes will take place at Jefferson College’s Arnold location beginning in March. To attend, anyone participating must attend an orientation. The next orientation dates are March 7th, 8th, and 9th from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
