STATEWIDE ACT FOR NON-PUBLIC JUNIORS

Dear Non-Public Juniors that live in the Fox C6 School District:

Please complete the form below by JANUARY 6, 2017 to sign up to take the FREE ACT for Juniors on April 19th at FHS or SHS campuses (location TBD based on proof of residency). There will be a MANDATORY meeting for non-public students on April 11th at FHS Media Center from 6:00 -8:00 PM to pretest, provide a photo ID and proof of residency. More information on the MANDATORY meeting will be sent out via email from Maria Scopino, College and Career Readiness Coordinator, in March 2017. 

Fox and Seckman Juniors will automatically be enrolled to participate in the free ACT; there is no need to complete this form. This form is intended only for non-public students who reside in the district's attendance boundaries but who do not attend Fox or Seckman High School.
